Function&Application:
1. Antihistamine & anti-itching: dihydrooat alkaloids have rapid anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritus activity, which can inhibit the degradation of keratinized nuclear factor NF-κB-α directly related to inflammation, and prevent the phosphorylation of p65 protein subunit on nuclear factor NF-κB, thereby blocking the process of cellular inflammation.
2. Anti-allergy: It can fight allergies, reduce the occurrence of inflammatory immune response and the response of cutaneous neurodermatitis.
3. Antioxidant: Dihydrooat alkaloids have antioxidant effects, which can reduce the production of reactive oxygen species, improve the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase, and protect cells from oxidative damage.
